Default Green eggs update

I saved the leaf with the green eggs in a mason jar, and it appears they've hatched. The babies are wormlike creatures, dark color, less than an eighth of an inch long, with outsize heads. They move slowly, like inchworms. Any thoughts?

Spider mites do produce webs for protective cover, they do not spin a web for capture.
