End of the season report
Grandfather Ashlock is a winner, every bit as good as many of my other favorite beefsteaks, such as:
Boy Boy, Uncle Blaine, Millionaire, Stuhmer, Earl's Faux, Granny Cantrell, Uncle Mark, Wanda's PT, Tarasenko 6, Wedekind, Shuntukski Velikan, Ferris Wheel, Gogosha, Stump of the World,Puszta Koloss and so on and so on. Michael |

Grandfather Ashlock gave up a 28oz. tomato this year, and was easily twice as productive for me than Brandwine.

My results with GFA were very similar to Geol's.
It was very productive for such a large Tom. Had one at 26 oz. Tasty and attractive. An elegant Tomato. Hats off to Carl Ashlock for offering out his Granddad's heirloom. A must try and will grow again....JJ61 |
