You can buy coaster wheels and make your own. All you need a frame made of 2' by 3" And nail/screw a few one by 2 on top. You can make it as big/small you like. There different wheel sizes, sol at BBS.

Earthboxes have other benefits as well. If you have problematic soil like many do in Florida or need to give your raised beds a rest, Earthboxes can be a very good alternative. Also, with using their automatic watering system, you can save quite a bit on water.

The big plus with them is that they take the water they need, no more no less, so under watering or over watering is not an issue with the containers.

It you just put the castors on the plastic wine barrel I can see them splaying out like an old hound dogs legs asleep on the front porch.
But I might be wrong.

It turns out a bit more expensive than I expected. It's $15 for the container, and $10 for the wheels (I found 4 wheels for $5 @ HomeDepot). So $100 total for 4. Looking at the price of quality individual caddy for $25 each, I think it was worth it.

Simply prefer the wheels attached so I can lift the whole thing and move them with elevation if needed.

This is amazingly convenient, I can spin the thing around instead of walking around it and no more lifting. I don't think I ever want to go back to non-wheeled containers.
