Okay I admit it I am a chatter box.
Constantly talking and going on not only here but at work.
The guy working with me is known as a silent person with nothing to say.
He is always discussing things with me.
Today he said I was out of my mind.
I told him that you never ever tell someone out of their mind they are out of their mind.

The discussion was about government wages versus civilian wages.
My words were 19 dollars an hour was nothing.
He said I was out of my mind that it was for a government clerk when a civilian clerk got half that.

Why does this guy talk to me?
Because he knows we can disagree and I wont or he wont hold it against each other.
Once we sat at the proverbial table and discussed the disagreement we agreed on said subject.
But neither one of us won we both won.
It is about agreement not winning.

My PM box is always open to anyone I have ticked off here.
Before you pass judgment on me please let me explain in private where the rules aren't as harsh.
The rules handcuff people many times but I know why they are here.
