What's the lowdown (or high-up) on Italian Tree Tomatoes?

I just planted my trip l crops out in the garden, plan to trellis them later, however I want to make sure they aren't going to overtake my other garden plants, it looks like it grows big, my hot peppers are only 4 foot away from the tree tomato, should I be worried? Thanks
