Great plants and thread! I'm looking forward to more taste test results.
Are those 2 in your avatar from Robin Hoods gang, and if so, what are they doing over there? Steve |

Those two are Centurion/Prefect of the Evocati Lucius Vorenus and Legionary Titus Pullo of Legio XIII from one of the best TV series ever made, Rome. |

Everything looks just wonderful Gerardo! I knew your avatar was familiar, but couldn't quite put my finger on it Well it has been some time since I watched the series and I do agree, "Rome" is one of the best!

Thanks Jillian! I saw the 2 season dvd set in a bin for 10 bucks, so I jumped on it. I only wish they had stuck to the original plan and gone 4-5 seasons.

JD's SCTx and Sweet Scarlet, while radically different plants, are practically twins in both texture and flavor.
High recommend on both. JD's SCT has been putting out whoppers. SScarlet two big ones, the rest medium. |

Gerardo, I can ID every single fruit shown in the box,not a problem to ID varieties just by pictures, but I don't know which variety of cuke is shown.
Carolyn, and yes I know you are on vacation, but need to deal with the heart possible list soon as well as the other issue, and will do as time allows, which isn't ASAP.

Lookin good! I am interested in the JD SCT since it was a last minute cut from my grow list. Plus any dark tomato I seem to adore. What would you rate the flavor on a scale of 1 to 10?

Back from a stint near bye-bye dinosaurs crater. Cenotes with bats are cool.
Picked the ripest ones, trying out very good examples of DB, Petrovich, Russian Soul, Novikov, Crnkovic, ISPL, Larisa and OR117. Monika cucumber, smaller = better. Life is good. gift post vacation.tv.jpg Last edited by Gerardo; June 1, 2016 at 09:32 PM. |
