I'm about two hours east of you. I have to wait to start my tomato seedlings, but to scratch that itch; I'm starting super-hots this weekend...they do take a while. (That's the excuse I use on my wife.)

Remy, will you be getting seed for this squash again? I didn't like it, but Rob really liked it, so looking for the seeds for this one.

I have squash sitting waiting to be de-seeded, so yes. I'll have to put that higher up on my priority list, lol.

Good question. For winter squash, I would have to say Sweet Meat for flavor. I like the hubbard types too, so I guess I'm partial to C. maxima types. For looks though Galeux D'Eysines would be it as it is so ugly it is pretty like Mick Jagger. For zucchini I love Cocozelle, but Caserta is really good too. Oh! Grey Zucchini is not pretty, but tastes great.

Is Sweet Meat really 115 days for you? That seems like a long time.
I think I have tried similar, but that might be one to try next year. |

No I would say more like 95-100. So not short season, but just in time before the weather typically goes down hill.

Thank goodness, you are a life saver- Rob's life, that is, LOL. He decided those were the one and only squash he liked, and of course the seeds are hard to find and the dang things are annoying to get into - I finally figured out to use a dremel tool! Those are some of the hardest though thin rinds! The really small ones could be used as weapons. I'll wait on making an order until you have the naughty things ready to sell- FYI, you may be the only vendor this year as BC had a crop failure on them. |

Remy, just wanted to say a belated thanks for your service a few weeks ago. I got my order really fast, and I really appreciate your site for the selection and info on the varieties. Thanks for the bonus, too!

Tamara, So Sorry, I never wrote back to say thank you! I've been so busy with orders, I really haven't been around. It's that time of year! I was on tonight though because I'm trying to work on what I'll be growing this year. It is always so hard to decided!

Hi Remy,
Do you plan to offer Mennonite Orange tomatoes this year? I've been searching high and low for those seeds. |

JosephineRose,
Not for sale for this growing season. Right now, I'm trying to figure out the list of varieties I'm growing. I will add that to the list of potential tomatoes. Remy
