And just to add to the excellent explanation, the purpose of the wishlist is so that we can see what other participants are wishing for so that we know to send those varieties in if we have them in our seed collections.

Matching them up with the person who wants them is up to Tormato when he gets the wish list included with our packages.

another addition to all the excellent explanations above: The sooner you get your wish list in the better. Some people have already sent their seeds so if you put something in now you might not get it even if someone had it. Don't worry about it this year (just submit your wishlist anyway), but think about it this spring/summer and get it in early next fall.

ALittleSalt.. it's more than o.k. I figured out how to post my wish list. This woman is a visual learner. It's kind of hard to "see" the instructions for the swap on here. Once again thank y'all for your time and patience with this first timer! I'm already so looking forward to next year's garden...lol! Package going in the mail today.

The doc is a master wish list composed of all of the varieties that all participants are requesting. Those participants that have any of those varieties then send them in to me. I sort them out and send them back to each requester.

How does it work? Each participant is "supposed" to send me a paper copy of their wish list. Which means for this to work, I still need your wish list.

You can PM it to me.

Dropped my package in the mail about 10 minutes ago. Should be there early next week. Thank you so much Tormato for organizing this swap. Also thank you to everyone that has helped explain the rules. I know it has help a lot of people understand how it works.

Yipee, I finally mailed the seed package for myself and my sponsored pal yesterday. For anyone that needs a gestamate in the cost of postage, I had approx 250 packages and the cost was $3.40. Can't wait for the mysteries to arrive.
