The idea was hatched about a week ago.The administrators will give the green light once a suitable amount of interested parties are counted.Ginger 2778 has contacted the admins and I am helping out to get the word around.So we hope the word will spread and we can get something going.Thanx for the interest and hopefully get some good news soon.

wow a lot of reading and learning on this thread..... took me all day reading each message...

I so wish I could join everyone later this year, but just too far south for me, unless there might be room with someone that is already going down. I would be happy to pay some for gas....

I live south of this, so I can't help. I just did an inventory of my stock of seed. I don't believe how much seed I have accumulated. I even have some I know I will never grow. I need to post the info and give them away.

http://www.tomatoville.com/showthread.php?t=22819 Here is the forums that most of the Fla Tag group have been commenting on.Ginger and gardenhappy have posted lists and trades.I myself will not be back in Fl for about 2-3weeks but will be starting up then.Now us Floridians can brag and showcase since most of the rest of the country will be shutting down soon.I have not really made a germination plan yet but will be as soon as I get back.

Everyone in the Flatag group have been talking start seeds now,Nov 10th a plant swap at ginger2778 home in Plantation Fl.I myself start now for first crop start second mid oct.,finish Jan with first then second finish April May.Since we are such a long N-S state we have 2-3 zones.Tampa area I have seen maters into May June.Im am sure others will chime in.
