That's too funny MMS! Well I do live near the Nevada Test Site, for any of you who don't know where that is, it's a few miles from Area 51...creeeeeepy! And Nellis Air Force Base is in my backyard and they do fly over alot...Hmmm I wonder when I should start to worry? But with only one tri-cot out of forty it can't be too dangerous yet, right?

Nope I live near a lake, way,way out here in the country. I wish I had kept track for the last three years I was growing tomatoes to see if I had any tricots then .

I got a tri-cot for the first time this year. At first I thought the seed coat had ripped a cot in two as it was slipping off, but now that they've grown in I can see that they are really three separate cots.

How about an updated pic of your quad mutant Tom? I'd like to see it and put in dibs for a few seeds come late fall!

I'm proud to say Ida is healthy and has produced about 30 or so blossoms and has some tiny fruits developing! Although the temps hit around 90 or so yesterday! YIKES! I got to put some shade cloth over my babies really soon! 8)

I'm hoping so! It has the most flowers on it currently of all my plants! I'll be leaving for 10 days though and I can't wait to see the growth differences when I get home! Maybe even a ripe tom... is that so unreasonable???

Tom,

I'm so curious to see an updated photo of your Quadcot. How's it coming along?

My Galina's tricot is growing nicely; I do plan to post a picture of it when it gets a little bigger.
