Could be a type of white Crinum lily, maybe

OK, according to the plant lady it's a NERINE. And there are many sub-species. Ahhh... now I can sleep! Thanks everyone!

If you could see me - I'm shaking my head... we have some of those planted in my brother's backyard. Ours are pink/red.
