Surprised nobody has mentioned it among the white varieties.
I should have when I was mentioning White Queen but forgot to. Glenn at Sandhill lists both White Queen and Sutton.

CAROLYN,
"Well, you have/had a chance at those Green Giant seeds when and if you send in your selections for the seed offer you just joined a day or so ago." That may be true, HAD I sent in a request "a day or so ago", but I did not. My request was about a week or more ago. And since you are "not taking repeaters at this point", I did not ask on your reoffer. I dont wanna be a TOTAL pig bout it, . Well, that and I know what a stickler you are for the rules, |

Aha, I just checked my notebook and you were #45 in the FIRST batch of folks and the rest of those folks were sent their seeds this past week. I had thought you were in the second batch, but I was wrong. Sorry. I've received just one SASE in the mail for the second batch, so far. Which is great since it gives me the time now to package up and send out some private request seeds that have been promised before. Ah well, I'm told perfection is not attained on earth.

Anyone who hasn't grown a green when ripe is positively certifiable.

I guess I better grow some.
Right now, I've got Cherokee Green on my list. I would have to bump something to add Green Giant (PL).
