I found this related to SOL-U-GRO 12-48-8. Sounds like you would use it (alone) now and switch to the seaweed (alone) when your plants start blooming.
"Generally used as a plant starter and Bloom Booster on vegetable and greenhouse crops 3-10 lb per acre. 5-6 lbs per 100 gallon water or 4 tsp per gallon in a backpack sprayer. First application can be made when plants are 2-4 weeks old and used through transplant." |

The cottonseed meal and alfalfa pellets are available at the feed stores around here. These are stores used by horse and cattle producers and farmers because they deal in bulk. In one of them you can by stuff by the ton if you have the money.
I suggest you look at some of the feed mills or feed stores in smaller towns near you. Bill |
