I hope you don't actually USE that dryer! It might just shake those lovely looking seedlings onto the ground

. Then you would end up with a lot of un-labelled mystery tomato plants

They were just there for the picture. Their home is under the grow lights on a wire rack dedicated to them. However i have dropped a flat of 18 seedling in years past. Talk about upsetting.

Hi, i remember sending some muchacha seeds for you, that was before my plants had any fruit on them. The description sounded nice...

What i got from this seed was two completely different varieties of red cherry. Not one plant gave me large salad type fruit. One was a largish red cherry, quite prolific- two plants, another had angular (5 points) flattish turban shaped pretty little cherries with little points at blossom end - i had two plants that gave me fruit like this. That's the best I can describe it. The flavor in my NJ garden wasn't that high brix as described either. It was good, OK, nothing to brag about. The description says it was bred from a wild stock, i am guessing not completely stable.

Ahhh interesting. I have at least 2 plants started maybe more i will have to double check. I like mystery so it will be fun to see what comes of these plants. With my experience many J and L varieties do not grow completely true. Most the time they tell you whether or not it is experimental or not but if i remember correctly Muchahcha did not come with that labeling. Only time will tell with my couple little plants. Did the dwarf habit stay true or did the plant sizes vary also?

I did not observe any dwarf habit, regular size plants for me ( may be cause i donno what i am doing ) don't see it in the description either. I am guessing, you are judging by the seedling size you have right now? I did grow most of these in containers, cause I ran out of space in ground. I let one climb up clematis vines and some of the ends got completely lost in it. ouch
I would love to know what you get eventually!

The Muchacha seedlings are the same size as my dwarf seedlings. I was also going from J and L's website calling it a "stout little plant". I sure hope it stays small but only time will tell. I recieved Muchacha from you and as a gift from J and L from another purchase as well as in a swap. I will check which ones i planted and let you know. Off the top of my head i think i planted the seeds you sent.I will keep you posted.

I ordered my muchacha seeds and got Sweet White Cherry as gift from J and L, can't even see it on their website anymore, could've been renamed to Snow Cherry. I really missed my "White Cherry" a lot last year. Sorry, off topic.

I got that one too. It was called Iva's Sweet White Cherry. The Iva's part of it was penciled on before the printed Sweet White Cherry. Like you i love this one and now that you mention it i need to start a couple more plants.

I meant a different variety entirely the good old "white cherry" with unbeatable delicious balanced sweet with a zing taste, sorry for confusion

The "Sweet White" was exactly sweet and white, which is perfectly fine for sweet tomato lovers, but made me think of the other white cherry every time i had one.
