I'm in the same zone as Mary and also had an odd year but the ones that are always good were good this year too..stupice,green zebra,black prince. Celebrity isn't an heirloom but it is a kind of insurance policy. It's always good,never great. Pretty and perfect red fruit. It is always worth trying for Earl's faux, Marriann's peace. They are not likely to be hugely productive here but what you do get is wonderful. For the cherries sun gold,sweet 100, and black cherry are both good and reliable.

Next year is bound to be better but I'm sure we will be able to find much to complain about. Be of good cheer...Tache

Interesting, how much space should I leave the Italian tree tomato, I worry about my pepper plants they are 4 foot from them.
