OMG!!! Seeds are in, and it appears my wife and I are going to have something to do during that three-day snowstorm we'll be 'sharing' from tomorrow 'til Tuesday. My wife is ecstatic over the beans...thank you so much!

Thank you so much Gary for organizing this swap and putting everything together. I know we all appreciate all you've done for the participants and ALL the many different seeds. I don't think I'll ever have room for every variety, but it sure will be fun trying!

Nicky,
Your "VERSTUFFED GIANT RAVIOLI" went out today. I've moved you up to second to last, this year. Gary |

Awesome! At that rate, in about 123 years I will be the first out! Yay!!! With our current deep freeze, I think the ground should thaw sometime in July, so you can keep me for last every year! Thank you So much for all of your work on everyone's "giant overstuffed raviloli!" I cannot wait to peek inside!

Thank you! I received my seeds and wow, am a little overwhelmed at how many there are. I could start a small tomato farm!

So far, no feedback on any (poor) germination rates. So, I'm guessing everything is going fairly smoothly?

All my seeds from the swap have germinated 100% or close to it, except Mr. Bruno which I got one seedling.. and that's what counts!
How are you doing with the snowbanks, Gary? We're still up to our necks here, and more tonight they tell me. |

2014 Mostly Mystery 'Mater Mailing
Since you asked, I've had zero germination on Morovsky Div, but I've sown the remaining seeds this past weekend and waiting to see if anything sprouts. I got at least one out of two to sprout on a few other MMMM varieties, but one is all I'm planting out so all is well as long as the one seedling survives.
The glaciers are slowly receding here. I hope they're doing the same out your way! |
