Giving it another try.

Edit: Seems upload works,however it needs one to click on the thumbnail to see pic, used to be that pic would actually show right in the post.

After you upload (of proper size) you have to use the icon that looks like a yellow sky with a mountain and post the link in the pop-up box then.

Thanks for the tip Luigiwu. But i dont have a link, pic is only on my laptop. I know how to do that when pic is posted on an image sharing server, but that is one extra step that i wish to avoid if possible, sending as an attachment is so much faster -when it works.

If I get it right, the way you fixed it may have been:
1) Open pic in new window/browser
2) copy url from that window -since by then it is already posted somewhere on the tomatoville server
3) then do the trick with the mountain icon and paste URL
