Mine arrived, too, and I'll be growing the four kinds next to the one I already had, which, contrary to what I'm reading in this thread, I like better than Green Tiger.

I got mine too. Yay! Starting them today for plant out in Feb with my spring tomatoes. We get an early start in central Florida.

Sure -- Taste, Bumblebee Hybrids 1, 2 and 3 and Zebra Hybrid 1. I think this is the hear of the small/medium red/pink tomoato for us.

Fred, I got my seeds too! That was really fast from the US to Slovenia. Thank you!
I will send the seeds from the cross your way next week when I get to town... |

Sounds great. If anyone hasn't gotten seeds yet. Please be patient. I had a couple of envelopes returned this week for insufficient postage (although they were equivalent to all the rest that went through).
Maybe the scales at a couple of post offices are off. |

Fred, thanks they arrived, but mine are labelled GbTx and it confused me at first thinking that stands for Green Tiger. Is that a reference to my location (GB)?

GbT = Green bicolor tiger
It's just my descriptive naming shorthand. |

One of the 4 lines is the released Lucky Tiger, and the others have a similar phenotype but are more or less different genetically.

Pretty cool. Will be fun to see how the differing genetics react to my conditions. Any word on the cold tolerances of the 4 pack?

They are all decently cool-tolerant, but they don't do freezes.

That's a big 10-4. Gonna protect them a bit on the really cold nights, if all goes well I'll have Green and Lucky Tigers pushing straight through the winter. That Green Tiger is a great one, no doubt the Lucky will be strong too.
Will keep careful logs and chime in as they progress during different seasons. |

Started my first round of seeds for spring plants on 12/22 including the Lucky Tigers. Going to transplant them to small pots today and start hardening them off in a few days. Will also start a few more in mid January as a back up. Middle four cells in the picture are the Lucky Tigers. Yay! Ginny |

Please do not buy Lucky Tiger from this vendor. They make it sound like Lucky Tiger is from Hungary. And, they just basically used Johnny's photo.
