Thanks, Greg |

Some smaller sites do b'c they know there's a customer base out there with no computers ( so small ads in gardening magazines can help), some who have computers prefer to have a paper catalog request one off the website, and some sites don't. it's a very large expense to put out even a modest catalog these days, so that's another factor as well. As is oft said, time will tell.

Very nice service. I ordered on Tuesday and immediately got a response that it had been processed. Received it today along with bonus seeds even though yesterday was a postal holiday. Also, the amount of seeds was above promised.

Just wanted to add my two bits - I ordered very late on 26 Dec., received an order confirmation the very next day, and received the seeds today, Jan. 4. Thought that was pretty fast, considering the distance and borders.

What I hadn't realized before is that he has a full time job with the family business, and I'm sure he and his wife are devoting as much time as they can to filling and sending orders and then when time allows his working with the website downloading pictures, correcting descriptions, etc.

My annual seed offer here should have been posted before Christmas, but for personal reasons it still is not posted and I'm not sure when it will be. Perhaps later this week, perhaps next week, I really don't know right now.

I don't know about three times, but several years ago I was invited to Hortus Nursery in Pasadena to autograph my book, sit at a table and answer questions about varieties for their then annual Tomatomania event and did the same at their then Orange County store. So I learned then about the many microclimates that there are. I'm sorry they were forced to go out of business.
BTW, you said that some were asking about my seed offer, but actually you are the first and only one who has asked me.

I have ordered again since my last post, and again the service and seeds was excellent. I will like to encourage everyone to by some of their seeds for 2011 from Gleckler Seedmen!
To Adam/Farmall - Would it be possible to get a list of your new varieties for 2011 posted here? |

I'm pretty sure I remember him saying that he has about 70-80 new varieties to add for 2011, he can confirm that if he sees this post b/c my memory is no longer perfect, ahem, but in any case it would be far too many to just type here. Better to just watch his website I would think. And I do remember him saying that this year he did get pictures of I think most or all of them.

Yes, I guess we will just have to wait - but it was worth a shot.
I figured that if Adam had a list somewhere he could copy/paste it here. But no wonder if he is busy fermenting and drying 80 varieties |
