Robin, I did not realize how extra challenging your growing season was! And here I thought I had it bad with a shorter season than most. Now I am really amazed at how much you continue to accomplish with your dwarf project grow outs.

I don't plant as many tomatoes as some of you folks and they are all hybrids. Early Girl, Beefsteak, Porter House and Super Sweet 100's. I may get a couple of Big Beef plants closer to planting time, they did not have any seeds for them locally and I love the taste of them. I will keep 8 to 10 of the 27 plants and give the rest away, I hate to snip off the ones I won't use.
Fist two pics from 04/04/15 and 04/10/15 one angle and next two also from same dates different angle. 4-4-15 rs.jpg 4-10-15 rs.jpg two more different angle 4-4-15 rs1.jpg 4-10-15 rs1.jpg 4-10 |

Must be nice to have green tomatoes already, mine aren't even in the ground yet and won't be for over a month.

I like very much the way the dwarves look: very thick stem
this is Rosella purple and this is Lithium Sunset, the one I am looking forward to the most, very strong too and nice leaves |

Early Girl makes her way to the second half of Texas tomato cage.
Only three more rungs to the top and the finish line. It's Early Girl by a leaf. Worth IMG_2015041222319.jpg |

Neptune, a determinate open pollinated variety developed by University of Florida for hot weather. Supposed to be resistent to Bacterial Wilt. I figured Id give it a try and see how it does.
