Ella, the NAR was tangy and delicious. For "old time tomato flavor" it has to be in my top 3!
Below is the fixins for dinner last night and the finished sweet corn and eva purple ball risotto. I added some basil and garlic chives for good measure. It was very yum!

All I have to say is where is your restaurant, send directions asap, I'm on the way. Great display photos as well, you are certainly gifted, so when is the cookbook due out?

Haha...well thank you, Jan, for the kind words The jury is still out on the restaurant/cookbook, but I'll be sure to let you know if either pan out!
In the meantime, please see the picture below of some crostini I served with drinks yesterday. It is a delicious pea pesto courtesy of a Giada DeLaurentis recipe topped with Sungolds. Simple and delish. Cheers!
