I want to join but the seeds that I have an abundance of are from 2010-2012 ish time frame. I don't know what the germination rate is at this point but I continue to use them each season and they do well for me. My seeds are heirloom varieties but more common such as Rutgers, Abe Lincoln, and Mortgage Lifter. Maybe I can still partake if I pay postage and work with some people to sponsor me? Let me know

I so badly wanted to join the seed swap but due to an unfortunate accident involving a very uncoordinated pooch I am down to about 6 to 8 total seeds >,< Next year

If people think they would like a pack or two of beans, the weight will likely go over 3 ounces. I'll have to look up those rates.

Those that are participating in both the tomato/pepper & beans/other legumes swaps will likely be using small flat rate boxes, which again I'll have to check for new rates.
USPS Priority flat rate for the small boxes is $5.95 (according to the USPS website).

I just went through my bean poles to collect dried out pods, and I got a lot more Kentucky Wonder and Blue Lake S-7 beans than I was expecting. I know they are common varieties, but they are my favorites and I would love to share

I would love some of both if possible. If not either one. I like both. Thanks

I'm in again this year. I'll start packing up my seeds. This is so fun in December/January when the packages start arriving!

For those that are joining and have yet to post a wish list, the Wanted forum has a thread (with this same title) for doing so.

With many PM's and emails piling up (which means my email is not working smoothly again, as in past years), I'll try to post that first master wish list early next week. In the meantime, scrolling through that thread is possible, but time consuming.

Some types of tomatoes that should still be popular for sending in are...

any beefsteaks
any blacks
any cherries
any Dwarf projects
any hearts

Gosh I can see where this is very time consuming for you! Please disregard the wish list I emailed you, I will wait for your master list to be posted Thanks Gary!!

With the yearly meltdown/slowdownof my email, I'll likely only be able to post a one time master wish list, hopefully next Friday or Saturday.

I haven't had much feedback on the bean swap, as most participants were from Gardenweb, last year.

Perhaps someone could post at Houzz/Gardenweb, in the Round Robin Exchange, in the old thread titled "NEW:Beans, peas, and legumes swap" (last post 3/5/15), directing people to this thread.
