They include everything except the seeds, water and elbow grease to assemble them.
P.S. The Friday13 code is not advertised, but it does work. You use both codes (FRIDAY13 & SHIPFREE13) on the same order.

Found a new code listed with 83% success for free shipping @ Johnny's Selected Seeds:

I'd been holding back on placing a small order to see if a free shipping offer would show up but then I got carried away and bought a lot more stuff, including a cool new tool and wound up qualifying for free shipping without needing the discount code.

the only problem is that there is no order form on their website.. However I did talk to a lady there and she said they are working on it and hoped to have it added by the end of the week. She gave me the discount (2%) even though I had to fax them the order. I was hoping to find a free shipping code, but no luck.
