That are red sweet Peppers which are not hot.
Krakatoa F1 is a mild Chilly, not too hot. I make powder from them. |

Chili powder
you must dry the chilis very well! I do out the seeds. I take half a pound. Than I blenderize it. Perhaps you must do this twice. The powder I fill in screw top jar. That's enough for a year. |

Thanks for telling me to take the seed out. I have many Peppers this year to try with your method, to see if I will save money from the Groceries Bill. Especially around Thanksgiving Time.
Today I am cooking My Cowboy Hubby's "Butternut Squash and Green Peppers" from my Farm.
