They sure look like the BCW I've been after. What's your source? Hope they taste good. GS looks nice and tasty too.
Been doing maintenance all day. Off for a week tomorrow: a boat, some million-dollar wine, 111km (67 milies) of river, the fishing gear, the trilogy of Lord of the Rings, books, food, herbs, this and that and more. Hope my garden survives |

Well arn't you just having a ball.
Got a short week of work (well mostly xmas parties) next week then 4 weeks off. Lined the missus up for what i want her and the kids to give me for xmas. A Navman for the commode. (that will get the northeners thinking LOL) Just booked 3 nights in Melbourne at the Downtown on Lygon. We will be in Carlton or southbank for new years eh. Last time we stayed there we went for a walk up Lygon st. The kids were taken with all the sprukers outside the eateries. Looking forward to it eh. Ps. Don,t sink the bugger in a river LOL |

Heres a selection of some of the larger fruit. Clockwise from top left are: Box Car Willie, Brads Black Heart, Berkeley Tie Dye, Gregoris Altai, Grubs Mystery Green and Gary O'Sena
Heres the kitchen bench Today most of them are in a batch of sauce (ketchup) to which I have added two jars of pickled Jalapenos and 10 Green cayene peppers. When it has cooked down some more I will churn it all up with the bamix. |

Congratulations Mantis.
Any new winners in respect of individual taste? Just got home and picked a Sophie's Choice. MIL has been eating some Kimberly and Sungold. Heaps of pepppers coming. But the big ones are just getting bigger Merry Christmas to you and your family, too. Best, Grubs. |

Thanks Grub.
Gary O'Sena is a good one with a different more complex flavour than other blacks I have tried. Not suprising with the parents it had. Brads Black Heart, well, I hope the next one is better. The first was mealy, dry and bland to sour even. Berkeley Tie Dye is fun to grow cause it pumps out beautiful and very large fruit. The taste is fruity and on the mild side. But very good. A big suprise in Pink Ping Pong. Very meaty little fruits with a great sweet flavour, hang on I'll go get a pic. Very prolific as well which is good.. Hows the weather up there. Looks like storms on the radar? |

Good news on the Ping Pong... I have one in my dud patch. But all the plants there are coming along now. And Bully always liked PP.
Got some serious thunder storms, rain drops big enough to almost be hail, and breaks in the weather. Plants are threatening to swamp the house. Need another truckload of pantyhose. |
