I will do it but I am going to leave off the male hose end threads and just thread the 6 TPI buttress threads you can buy them all day long at lowes and home depot male or female.
By the way I had some stainless from a big valve shaft and the cutter I made cut threads on it like a charm.

The one on the left I am still using to mix up just gallons. It says 26 directly under the cap. I figured i would grab that since it was just sitting there.

Now the one on the right says 35 under the cap.

I have all the others as well. However Cathy hide them on me. We have new windows and a white roof coating going on. So god only knows where the other bottles are.

Anyway I wont be able to get to them today. I am leaving for Maryland in a bit. I will need to come back and post the rest of the numbers when I get back. I will pop the caps on the bottles i used then. So no problem getting those numbers as well.

Worth i see you are thinking that different bottles have different rates. So we will nail that down some.

If we get pictures of the different bottle labels and the #'s that would help identify the flow rate better. Yes???

I opted for the female connection on the adapter so I can screw it onto a male hose end after I've seated the adapter into the feeder, thus avoiding having to turn the adapter.

I see myself on tomatovill in your house.
These numbers mean something or they are lot/build numbers of some sort.
I wouldn't think they would put that type of number on a cheap disposable part.

Okay guys I have five of them made and taking a break.
I fumbled through the first one measuring everything and fitting.
Then I set my dials and remembering numbers to where I can whip these out pretty fast without measuring
anything.

Mind you some of this is eye balling because it just doesn't matter.
The outside diameter on the PVC is a little less the the outside diameter of the bottle thread so the fit is a little lose but they snug up tight being buttress threads.
The last one I goofed the treads on but it still works, I will send it to Wall-Mart.
I am going to get as many as I can out of a 10 foot stick of pipe.
Should be close to twenty.

Back to the grind stone.

Okay here they are fifteen of them I got tired of cutting threads.
I also ground the tool to do the facing and other turning.
They are drying after a good washing and bleaching in hot water.

I can make more they are easy now that I have my method down.

I need to see what the post office charges for shipping, I think in a bubble envelop they are a little less than 10 dollars.

the smallest priority box is 6.80 and you can probably put 8 in there depending on the length. Name your price, only you know how much time it takes to crank them out. I'm sure now that you have a system it's gonna get easier.

it took about an hour, you're retired and it's tax free=$30 per hour
materials-pvc, oil, machine use, electric=$30
65/15=$4

so 4 bux and we pay shipping and everyone has to send you seeds since you helped them grow.

I am not retired I am just taking a year off to get my head together after my wife passed away and to get over that horrible place I worked at for ten years in Alaska.

There was no way I could leave there and go back to work here because I was too wound up tight from the stress and the way they treated people.

It was hard enough for me to get used to it after working on the coast.
I needed to realized workers and people simply dont give a dam here.

I will be going back to work very soon in about 2 months.
I haven't made my mind up if I will go back to what I was doing or something else.

The people at work wanted me to sign some papers on the day I got there after 37 hours of no sleep.
These papers were due to a lie someone said about me because I turned him in.
I told them to get me on a plane home.

Rajun you seem to be forgetting the capital investment made in the lathe and tooling. Most shops get $100.00 plus an hour for machine time. You would be getting a product that you can't buy anywhere else. I think $10.00 each and a quantity discount of 10 percent for two or more plus shipping would be a fair price.

You may as well stay home and make gun parts till after the election, the oil field is dead here and the economy doesn't have a chance. You'll probably get stressed out again looking for a job when they offer you pennies for your talent and skills.
