Picotee amaryllis/Pointsettia
Yeah, I looked up Picotee and that does seem to be what two of my three Wal-Mart bulbs are. The second Picotee has better definition in the red edging than the above pictured
plant stalk. This is my one year old pointsettia, getting it's red leaves right on time. Donna, Texas Gulf Coast |

Pansies, Peach Drift Rose, Amaryllis
The pansies will bloom all winter and do not freeze. The rose is in a pot...the buds are peach, but the blooms are nearly white. The amaryllis is from a bulb I bought at Wal-Mart about 7 weeks ago.

peach blossoms
This is really early, but my neighbor's peach tree has blossoms and even a few leaves (branches hang over the fence into my yard, lucky me). And my daffodils are sending up bloom shoots already. Things are acting like it's Spring.

Wow! My daffs are coming up but no sign of blossom on the fruit trees. We haven’t had nearly enough chill hours yet. Sure is pretty!

The Mardi Gras tree(Japanese Magnolia) is blooming, this is the 4th year in ground and it's finally blooming at the right time.

Yep, it's full blown spring in the high zones. I even see a few Formosa azaleas strarting to flower.

Pollen is already falling too, I don't know which trees but I can see it on the cars.
