Shouldn't have mentioned squashes and corn.

Since I've had a few emails asking if I'm going to do a squash swap (no, not this year), next year I may turn this swap into a Three Sisters Seed swap.

Imp got the (im)patience to wait a whole year?

Oh, I've been holding strong, laughing at all these posts. Thanks Aerial and Imp!

But I would so love Insuks wang kong, red Chinese noodle, and Jembo Polish.

That's it I am not looking anymore!

(I think it's a disease, spread by Tomatovillians)

The biggest villian of them all.... TRMAT!

First sdambr you gave me the first dose of the dwarf tomatoes, got me hooked and told me about Tomatoville.

Then the big boss Tormato kept dishing out tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, beets... and proceeded to drown the newbies in the sea of beans, peas, limas, favas... before anyone could gasp for some air he's even suggested corns, squashes and who knows what else coming along...

I'm afraid there's no light at the end of the tunnel for whoever venture into tomatoville... Just surrender, hoard them all, grow them all, send them in, get some more... repeat x infiniti.

I am not seeing the problem here????

LOL, I think Tormato simply loves to tempt people...and dos it well, along with everyone else, too- I read a thread and go "ohhh, that might ne good." and I am off!

I might end up with my own community garden! I am already plotting ( pun) about the front yard and making it look like landscaping of a different type with all edibles!!

What fun this all is!

But, next year for squash? Really?

Beautifully done, yes. But late in the season things will get ragged. That's when you pull everything and then plant lots of mums, trying to keep the neighbors at bay.

"and who knows what else coming along..."

I offered to host the rutabaga swap a while ago (but no takers).
