Hmmm!
Well I guess you'll make them perfect. Are the rivets all good? |

All you need is a small knife a file a brass wire or stainless wire brush the size of a tooth brush some 240 and 400 grit black sand paper. You sharpen the small knife and role the edge over to one side with round steel stock like a screw driver so you can use it as a scraper to shave the wood off and maintain the lines on the wood. The wire brush is used to clean the file and sand paper. Worth |

Our old hickory knives are in two places. Two are in a toolbox out in the mechanics building...and the other is stabbed into a post at the compost bin. They were bought 30 years ago and still keep a sharp edge.

I know, but all three have purposes, and they do their jobs well.
Sometimes..., I wish I could say the same about myself. |

It has been years since I re-handled a tool like a pick, axe or sledge hammer. I was in the store a while back and noticed the handle was as expensive as the tool itself. Worth |

Lets see if I can get this straight.
The dark stuff I let the milk solids caramelized a wee bit and has a nutty flavor, the other is infused with garlic. All made from scratch. Yard Bird is soaking in the butter milk.
