Capsicum pubescens sorts are way slower to germinate that's why I had started this one before.Capsicum pubescens PI 387838 aka Mini Rocoto seedling in diatomite. |

C. annuum 'Nosegay' supposedly smallest chilli variety.Shorter than 15 cm when full grown!Pods started turning red. |

My chilli seedlings under lights.They are in 150 cc plastic cups.No need to say (as seen apparently in photo) medium used is diatomite.

Capsicum chinense 'Akabare Khorsani' popped up at last!It took 25 days to sprout.It's a rare Nepali sort, a novelty to me.
Seeds were from a Belgian friend.Hope it to survive! |

Here's the list of chillis I've transferred to 5 lt subirrigation pots containing diatomite so far.
Mini Rocoto Goat's Pepper Wild brasil Pimenta Moranga CGN 21500 Aji Cachucha Hot Orange Trinidad Perfume Queen Laurie Rainforest Purrira These 3 chillis were planted in a subirrigation planter Aribibi Gusano Fatalii White Aji Panca List of seedlings that are still under lights Rocoto San Isidro Chil Tepin Tepin from Guatemala Tabasco Akabare Khorsani Jalapeno Purple Cayenne Chocolate Cherry Numex Heritage Big Jim Capsicum galapagoense seeds have not sprouted yet!
