Thank you so much for this seed offer. This has been fun for me to watch and to grow.

I picked my first Brandywine from Croatia today. It is a very large slightly ribbed fruit. My plant is loaded with many very large to large fruits which all are still green. These are very healthy, robust plants. Mine are regular leafed.

This fruit had a very nice taste, pretty good texture for a first pick of the plant. This one was also very meaty with few seeds. I am waiting to further judge flavor until I have a second to taste.

What a treat this tomato is...it took a beating from a 'northeaster' style storm back in June (right after I planted everything, of course...40 MPH winds for three days...unreal). I wasn't sure it was going to make it, but tender loving care pulled it through...now pumping out the 'maters (most others have gone by)...the first of the litter wound up in my wife's white chicken chili tonight, but I had a slab to sample first...dee-lish! Thanks for the opportunity to grow this out, Ray! Much appreciated!

I loved the Brandywine from Croatia. It was beautiful, productive, and most importantly - had an awesome, sweet flavor! Thanks, Ray!

Ahh, Now I see!!! What a treasure you have given me. Thank you so very much Ray. I have eaten my third one now and they are amazing. Each mater is better than the last. I will be growing this one again! Yes, it is late, but the flavor is incredible! No sauce for this one, it is too great for that.

WOW!

Hi All,

Glad that many of you are having a good time growing Brandywine From Croatia this season. I delayed planting mine until June 8 to spread my tomatoes out more evenly over the Summer / Fall this year:

Here is another one I picked today weighing in at over one pound:

I really like this variety on BLTs as it doesn't overwhelm the taste of the sandwich.
