Default Bing Cherry - ready to eat - September 2

These little beauties are ready for a salad - fully ripe, and may be a bit overripe. They almost completely lost their blue shoulders, and look kinda like regular red cherries, but somewhat translucent. The flavor was OK but not remarkable - too mild for me. But again, I generally do not like cherry tomatoes too much, with some rare exceptions... So you'll have to judge for yourself!

Default Kermit - more fruits - Sept 2

I cannot stop to admire Kermit for taste and texture. And it is early and productive! If you do not mind irregularly shaped hearts, I'd recommend you to try it.

Default Pearly Pink - Sept 2

Not bad for a larger plum-shaped cherry. I am thinking perhaps most of my tomatoes are now starting to get more flavorful, as the season progresses

Default Red Grape - Sept 2

Very unusually looking fruits, with matte finish. I was trying to wait until they turn fully red, but looks like I should not, as they started to dry up a bit. They are so intensely sweet, even in this greenish-red stage. They are firm and not very juicy. I actually liked them, despite the appearance.

I am thinking these would be absolutely delicious when dried.

Tania - What a great selection of tomatoes you've grown this year. Congratulations on a successful season. I look forward to seeing some of these listed in your catalog!

Thank you Sherry, I am so pleased that the season did not turn out to be like the last year. It is not the best, but I am getting some tomatoes, and it is making me so happy!

I think most of the tomatoes featured here will be in the catalog, just some may not be in large quantities - depending on how our season continues.

Yummy - a perfect red small slicer for short season areas and container growers.

Default Amish Yellow Giant - Sept 3

A large pale yellow beefsteak, with excellent taste with a hint of citrus. I liked them very much.

Default Benissonante - Sept 3

Small to medium yellow, but so tasty, juicy and sweet. Plants are loaded with ripening clusters. I think I will have to can them, as there is no way we can eat all the bounty.

Thank you clara!

EDITED on Sept 10: more fruits are coming, and they are even better tasting!

Default Black Krim - Sept 4

By now we are swimming in Black Krims, and I have to confess that I have been enjoying it immensely.
