Not a lot of fruits, the one we ate was good. Had sweet and tart balanced flavor, like the tomatoes I ate as a kid from my grandma garden. Lately I am more drawn towards that kind of taste because just sweet does seem to be enough.

I am lucky that I do not have big backyard. Our lot is 50 by 100 ft (with the house on it). Otherwise I would be planting 100 tomato plants as well. I have space for 40-50 at most.

So far picked few Indian Stripe, Sara black, Bear Creek, Azoychka, Carbon, one JD's Special C-Tex (12.8 oz), one Elgin Pink, one Grightmire's Pride, one Rose De Berne, one Daniel's, and few Black Cherries.
First time growing Daniel's. It was good tasting tomato, sweet and tart. It was kind of small, the rest looks much bigger. Have not tried Rose De Berne, it is not fully ripe yet. Jabucar is starting to turn color. Beautiful looking tomato. Tarasenko 6, Brandywine Sudduth and Spudakee both have few big maters, but all are still green.

Indian Stripe is ahead of every tomato this year. It produced 4.4 pounds already and more are on the vines. The only problem is that they all look ugly (cat faced big time). New setting once are nice.
Finally picked first Girl Girl's Weird Thing, 12.5 ounces. ...and the plants are taller than me now.

Thank you, Marsha and Barb. I gave them a bit of "haircut". Removed cat-faced parts. They were delicious. Thank you for sharing your seeds.

This is Grightmire's Pride. I have picked 6 fruits from it already. The biggest was 15 ounces. 7.7 ounces on average. Pretty good. Nice tasting tomato with complex flavor. Thank you, Marsha.

I have collected seeds from a store bought peppers. My peppers look pretty much the same as the store once. The only problem I am having is that they are growing to a size they should be and do not ripen. The next pepper is growing on the same plant and just sits there. They look like the determinate variety. Plants producing good number of peppers. If you are a pepper expert, am I correct to assume that?

We tasted La Vie en rose yesterday for the first time (12 ounce pink). It is really good tomato. I forgot to take picture of it, sorry. It was so good. Next time. Is anyone growing it this year?
Thank you for the seeds greyghost/Darlene. The original seeds were from secret seed cartel. Do not try to google them yet, they are merging.

Not sure. They mostly have nice heart shape. The two that are the biggest were cat faced and the form was a bit off but they were HUGE.
