I saw them last night as I sat down to my fried egg and processed cheese sandwich.

They look really good.

This morning I got up and started the process.
The temperature outside is 66 and the humidity is 39%.
The inside smoker temperature is running steady at around 65 degrees.
I couldn't ask for better conditions.
Here is the smoker with the butt hams beef pastrami and sausage hanging in the back.

If I did this, I would come back to find what looked like the cast of a Disney move about animals waiting for me.

And then the bears would say, "Look pal. Open the box, and no one gets hurt, ok?"

Cole you got me worried so I brought out some protection.

Here the Smokestrosity is all painted up and the main BBQ pit has a new coat on it too along with a new shelf.
The paint is oil based and I did it with my trusty spray gun you see.
Now the thing looks worth stealing.

I can t imagine why a dog would be hanging out here.

I walked him home he took off to the house as soon as he got there.
I walked back home looking to make sure he didn't follow me home.
As I was about to open the door I looked around and there he was right behind me.
This is how I ended up with my last dog and the dog before that and the dog before that.
I dont want another dog.

I just took this picture of one I pulled and slow cooked.
Along with it is some orange marmalade I just made.
