Skagit Beets (red fleshed)
collage.jpg
A sample cut and fry of Skagit Beets, rather an F-2 of it. The collage of photos show the tuber being hashed, followed by frying and presented on plate, ready to eat. Tom Wagner |

Truly beautiful and unique color! Potatoes like that would be nice to try on many kind of potato dishes. Are TPS or seed potatoes for that variety available somewhere? I have been checking regularily your tatermaterseeds website, but it seems not be up yet.
