Default Skagit Beets (red fleshed)

collage.jpg

A sample cut and fry of Skagit Beets, rather an F-2 of it.

The collage of photos show the tuber being hashed, followed by frying and presented on plate, ready to eat.

Truly beautiful and unique color! Potatoes like that would be nice to try on many kind of potato dishes. Are TPS or seed potatoes for that variety available somewhere? I have been checking regularily your tatermaterseeds website, but it seems not be up yet.
