Default Hillbilly leaf type?

I started a flat of hillbilly seeds last week or so and today I was transplanting them up and I see heart shaped leaves along with regular tomato leaf tomatoes. Is this normal variation? there were probably a dozen of them. or do maybe I have mixed seeds?

I think you are talking about potato leaves, and hillbillies are supposed to be potato leaved. I think you got a mixed batch. Watch and see what the next leaves are, regular or potato.

Thanks Jeanus. I started a flat of 36 and there are two distinctly different leaves coming. I found it interesting that the potato leaf seeds emerged much later than the regular leaf seeds. I wasn't planning on starting another batch, but maybe I will toss some more seeds into a flat and see what germinates this time.
