It's a stick bug or walking stick. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phasmatodea At first, I thought it was stick stuck on a window screen. A fly was buzzing around it and this stick kept turning towards the fly.

If you're curious as to why there is rabbit wire on the screen - it's to keep grandchildren from falling out of the window. The ground is about 5' under that window.
