Research on Sweet Pepper Variries with Brix
http://apps.rhs.org.uk/planttrials/T...eet%202016.pdf
Lots of useful information for selecting sweet peppers, including Brix. I found this site when researching the new Burpee Slovana hybrid offering. - Lisa |

Good link. Thinking of trying the Hamik pepper after reading the results on it. Mini bells with thick walls, high brix and compact growth habit. Thanks for posting.

Very interesting. I would like to have seen a time to maturity notation. Here a short or medium pepper season works better without a hoop house to lengthen the season.
