Need help identifying

These spots started showing up on a few of my plants a couple days ago. They're in raised beds, I preventative spray with daconil and safer insecticide soap when I see ants and aphids. I could use some help identifying what is going on.

What's those little specks under the leaves some sort of bug or soil.

Most of the time when I see this I pinch off the leaves and they grow out of it.

Always prune off spotty diseased foliage straight away regardless what the pathology is. Looks like a combination of insect problem and likely also early blight.
I would prune off the worst of the foliage and treat with fungicidal copper spray. Reapply after rain

Ok - so I've applied copper spray, defoliate, and a mild bleach spray... still no luck.. these plants are looking worse and worse each day and there is minimal foliage left. I'm hoping the magically snap out of it but it doesn't seem promising.

This is just so disappointing. Seems like a lot of work down the drain.

Have you tried an insecticide? You've sure used a battery of fungal sprays. What was you interval between sprays? Your leaves are thick with spray, which can hurt them.

Spraying doesn't work over night. The leaves will still be damaged even if you stop the disease from spreading to new leaves. Wait for new growth to see if the disease or insect get on them.

I've used insect killing soap and diatomaceous earth, I've sprayed every other day for a few days now. I'll hold off to see for new growth, I found spider mites on other plants and am having a tough time getting rid of them.

This has been a bad year for bugs no real winter to speak of at all.
While I was sitting outside an ant crawled up my arm hauling a big green bug.
Every day I come home I inspect for bugs on everything.

Do you have those specks on any fruit? If so, that could be bacterial speck. If not, probably not. The leaf with the dark gray area in the 3rd image, left side worries me for gray mold.

Yes, I've noticed the dark spots on a few fruit.
