My Palanacko Cudo looks like its setting buds...
but the plant is super small still! Is this normal?? The are still in their red party cups and only 3 inches high max probably. Should I snip it?

How old are your plants? I've grown PC for several years now and don't remember mine flowering when so short. Mine were sown on 3/12 and are about 12" tall and have 4 or 5 sets of leaves. Some have buds, some don't- no open flowers yet.

According to my records, I sowed on 3/8 and they came up on 3/16 and I potted them up on 4/11. I think you gave me these seeds, Kath! I thnk I count 4 sets of big true leaves but they are short, like I said only 3-inches from the top of soil probably.
Mine are extremely stunted compared to yours. I wonder if its because I left them in their 1x1 cells in just seed-starting mix for too long? Do you start yours in potting mix? All of my pepper seem to be on the small side...
