Easi-Lift Grow Bags

I am thinking about growing my eggplants in Easi-Lift Grow Bags . The sizes that are available are 3, 5, and twelve gallon. Which size should I use?

Angelique-I grow in these same grow bags-2 plants or 3 to a bag-and I use 15 gallon. I guess you could use smaller for one plant, just have not tried it.
