Default placement of dif varieties

I have about 10 different heirloom tomato plants to put in my garden this year. Can they be placed next to each other? I want to save the seeds and was wondering about cross-pollination.

It depends on how picky you are. If you don't want to risk any cross pollination you have to bag blossoms. Otherwise don't worry about it and chances are the seed will be true. I don't worry about it and haven't had any problems. Black cherry always becomes black cherry and KBX always becomes KBX no matter where I plant them. If I were selling or trading then I would have a different viewpoint.
