Kudos to Craig for a great tomato...have given several away and have gotten wonderful comments back from folks...they also love the color!

Grub:

I believe I have taken about 13-15 fruit off the plant...and sad to say...it is about done for the season. We had several weeks of rain...18-20"....then it got really hot and humid...so I had no new fruit develop. The recent cooler weather has resulted in some new flowers...but I believe it may too late in the season to get any more fruit...hopefully I am wrong.

Hi KC,

I have good foliage cover and I irrigate.
Lol. Me too.

But my pink Lucky Cross was always a pink one as in no bicolour attributes inside or out. It was a different selection saved by a Craig in Australia. The plant was very short, about 4-5ft tops. I gave it a great spot.

I want to try the real Lucky Cross. Thanks for the words of production Ad. That would make it my most productive bicolour ever.

This year I am trying another one from Craig: Pink Yellow (something).

Thanks for the chat and pics

My Lucky Cross, seeds from Craig L. Left fruit is just off the vine. Right after a few days on the counter.

"I have good foliage cover and I irrigate"

I have found that it is good to have some foliage cover whilst irrigating. The lemon tree and the neighbors both agree
