Tomatoes at National Heirloom Expo
This year tomatoes will be prominently featured at the National Heirloom Expo in Santa Rosa.
I will be leading a roundtable discussion on Tomato Breeding Tuesday at 3PM. The Sunday following the Expo (September 16), we will host a 6-hour, in-depth, hands-on breeding workshop at our farm in Sunol. Our farm showcases both past and present breeding projects. Please PM me for more info, if interested. We have a number of new tomato varieties growing this year, including the out-of-the-box Green Bee. Here is what they have to say about Green Bee at The Chef's Garden. |

Sounds great!
+1 on the video suggestion, if at all possible, for those of us who can't make it. |

I am afraid there will be no video. The Heirloom Festival event will be a free-flowing small-group discussion.
I will, however, summarize the main points of our discussion here. |
