Sherry, is that normal for a PR? I have 2 growing this season and neither have the veriegated foliage.

No, it's really not normal. I don't know what causes such a thing to happen. I had one (a different variety) last year that had the same leaf coloration, only one side was the normal color, and the other half was the lighter green. Very strange.
