Default Beetlejiuce head on a black bug

I thought it may be a stink bug but its a little too small and carbon black
Any ides?

I don't think it's from this world.. Had a weird one today. Looked like a fly but it couldn't fly. It scampered over to the Mat-Su Express and climbed right up! Hope it's a beneficial.. Jimbo
