Purple Haze F1 vs. Purple Haze F3 (pics)
I have been "preserving" a Purple Haze F1 from a cutting Vince sent me over a year ago throughout the Winter (the plant is from the third series of cutting suckers), and planted it alongside a Purple Haze from F3 seed.
Purple Haze F1---------------------------------------------------Purple Haze F3 The F3 fruit are much larger. Purple Haze F1-------------------------------------Purple Haze F3 Taste between them was quite similar, with the F1 seemingly a bit more tart. The F3 plant is extremely prolific: A very fine tomato, but I still prefer the sweeter flavor of Goose Creek. Ray |

Purple Haze F3 for me, please since I like prolific tomatoes on the sweeter side.
This is fun making a wish list in the middle of summer! Thanks, Ray ! Sincerely, Annapet
