anyone want to share some beet recipes?

I just baked fresh garden carrots,sliced beets,diced onions ,covered with pacific cream of mushroom soup ,.............outstanding.
i cleaned out the bowl...

MMMmmm. Your recipe sounds yummy with fresh veggies. Have saved it for summer days when baking is not an option in the heat. I'll try cooking everything in a skillet and add fresh garlic.

Beets? I usually just pickle them for future church dinners.

Beets with horseradish and Borscht!!!!!! I like the Veselka recipes, but I don't have it handy. I will post the Christmas Borscht recipe.
