Default 3 May 2017 Peanut Butter (Home Made).

Home made peanut butter blended to the desired consistency using raw roasted peanuts (500 ml) with three tablespoons of olive oil. Any vegetable oil will suffice. It is stored in sealed container. Peanuts are from Bulk Barn.

The only oil I would add if any would be some sort of nut oil, peanut oil being the cheapest.
The reason they put hydrogenated oil in store bought stuff is to keep it from separating.
People that eat stuff like Jif and so on are more than likely eating peanut flavored Crisco.

There doesn't appear to be a small home type peanut de-huller. There are large industrial types.
