Hi Larry,
I am growing Siberia 150gm Pear toms, 600 gm pear and round siberia, 800 gm pear, 900gm pear and round, 1300gm round Siberian, Surinam tom, Siberian beefstake (2kg variety), Giant Toms (3-3.5 Kg) Giant Tomato trees (more of a fruit tom than veggie) and Italian tom trees (very large heavy crop toms.) I usually cut all the leaves off my large Guava trees and use them for the heavy producing climbers so I end up with tomato guava trees. I also grow many paprika, and hot peppers, Russian Zuchinni, wild watermelon, Atlantic pumpkin, Antroua (bitter balls) , Basil, Eggplant, bitter leaves, Tea Laces Citron leaves, citron Grass and wild cucumber (only 1/2 to 1cm round but soooo delicious and they are a PROLIFIC jungle vine and can also grow indoors as far north as you like.) I grew bananas in cold Manitoba one year and while visiting the local farmers market I was telling them about my indoor plantation and they thought I was truly insane as it could not be possible. I still have lots of pictures somewhere but be forewarned it takes 4-5 years to grow banana indoors in Canada to maturity where as it takes 8 months here. |

Oh Yes and I also have a Tomatillo patch for the first time this year, so far so good, about 8" tall seedlings. I grow everything from seed.
